1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between pklk ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). pklk is an online entertainment platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, and live casino services.

By using this website (https://pklk.cam) or opening an account on it, you fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — pklk's website, app, and all related services.
• "Member" — any person who holds a registered account on pklk.
• "Funds" — money deposited into a member's account.

2 Eligibility and Age Limit

To use pklk's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must register voluntarily and independently.
• You must be a legally capable individual.
• Online gaming must be legal in the country or region from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must not be on pklk's list of prohibited users.

2.1 One Account Only

Each person may open only one account on pklk. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Verification

When creating an account on pklk, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information will be considered a violation of the terms.

3.1 Required Information

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Valid email address
• Mobile number
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Details of preferred payment method

3.2 Password and Security

You are required to keep your account login details confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification Process

pklk may request additional documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Required documents may include:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Documents verifying ownership of the payment method

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on pklk using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to the account instantly.
• All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Withdrawals must be attempted using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• All active wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal.
• Bonuses credited to an account can be withdrawn subject to separate wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not complete.
• If suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals will be temporarily held pending an investigation.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

pklk processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Deposits or withdrawals in foreign currency are not accepted. If conversion is required, that cost will be borne by the member.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

pklk offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read and followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus:

• The first deposit must be ৳300 or more.
• Wagering requirements apply once the bonus is activated.
• The wagering requirement on the bonus amount is 20 times (20x).
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirements set on the bonus amount must be met before withdrawal. For example, for a ৳500 bonus with a 20x requirement, a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed.

• Not all games may count equally toward meeting wagering requirements.
• If requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Any winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if wagering requirements have not been met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of bonuses or attempting to obtain bonuses fraudulently is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.4 VIP Program

pklk's VIP program has four levels, which can be reached by playing regularly:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week

Your VIP level is determined based on your overall activity and participation on the platform. Reaching a higher level gives access to additional benefits and special offers.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on pklk are conducted fairly and transparently. We use technology from trusted game providers to ensure fair play.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, pklk may cancel that round.
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported within the specified time.
• The result recorded on the game provider's server will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to all sports betting, including cricket betting:

• Betting odds are variable and determined by the market.
• Special rules will apply if a match is postponed or cancelled.
• Odds in live betting may change in real time.
• Participating in or facilitating match manipulation is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated through trusted providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The live dealer's decision is final and cannot be changed unless the game was interrupted due to a technical error.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pklk:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting bonus systems to gain financial advantage.
• Registering using a false identity or documents.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party account.

7.2 Technical Abuse

• Intentionally exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform's software.
• Using automated tools or bots to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to attack pklk's servers or network.
• Scraping accounts or content.

7.3 Money Laundering

pklk follows a strict policy against money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the authorities will be notified.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

pklk may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If a violation of the terms is proven.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or signs of money laundering.
• If a security risk exists.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

8.1 Account Closure Process

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Any available funds should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.2 Steps After a Ban

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms, there will be an opportunity to appeal that decision. The appeal must be sent to the support email and pklk will review it within a reasonable time.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pklk will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Inconvenience resulting from third-party service failures.
• Unexpected technical errors or system outages.
• Loss caused by the member's own negligence or mistake.
• Disruption due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

pklk is never liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from a member's lost bets or gaming activities.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information is not sold to third parties.
• Information is used only to provide services and meet legal obligations.
• All data is kept secure through SSL encryption.
• You have the right to view and correct your own information.

11 Responsible Gaming
